During the adversity of the COVID 19 Pandemic, lockdown got the best of the nation. Dave wanted to put together a therapeutic and constructive means of escape during the this time. He had been studying beekeeping for some time and decided to get to work.
As the colonies progressed, Dave figured that a good supplement would be raising Jumbo Coturnix Quail for a healthier source of meat and eggs than you would normally find in most grocery stores.
After success in these endeavors, Dave decided to share his love of the birds and bees which came to be what we have today.
